The Fair and Deliberative Jury Process is a simple idea that requires minimal participation from the court system. The Center for Innovative Thinking is enabling jurors to improve their interactions. They have the choice to take or leave the process.
All the court has to do is make the information available in the form of DVDs, handouts, posters, and notepads. We’re about options, not about an overhaul of the system.
